Return Process

  Carefully place the unused item back in its original SANTOKU NYC packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned cutlery or home goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
